Commision: Rei

Done as a commission for Nanashi Kage Enjeru of Gaia Online, a friend in real life, of her Espeon, inspired by and loosely based on the art of Micro of Extrasensory.

Rei is what was known there as "shiny recessive" which means she shows markings in the shiny version's color. Markings, tones and shades of Extrasensory pokemon are allowed to vary to a degree, but vastly different colored pokemon were not normally available.
