-in the abode of a "demon" king. Yeah, he's the one with the tacky gloves... i realy don't know weather i like this or not, but it is far better than my first try at day vs night.

Not sure what's going on, but it looks interesting. 
I like the work you put into the lighting and shadows, especially on the main character. The color differences in the two scenes make for a nice contrast in mood and situation. And hey, I think those gloves are cool. 
The main thing I would change, though, is the size of the pic...it's huge, yo.
